Well, at least starting from now. I’m trying to get used to using Photobucket to lessen the space of my cPanel accounts, that way, it will be easier for restoring them (just in case). It will free me from loads of space. My only problem is it’s so hard for me to get used to this kind of setting because it’s a bit of a hassle having to log in and open Photobucket in the other tab. I can manage though, I just need to get used to it.
Photobucket is a photo storage website. It’s one of the first websites I’ve used when I learned HTML, in fact it was one of the websites that made me realized how to use “<img src>” code as a newbie in web designing, that was back freewebs.com (they call it webs.com now) days. I uploaded gabunch of anime pictures and collected animated gifs because I was so addicted to them. I’d put them over my freewebs hosted website catgurl.freewebs.com (not existing anymore sadly).
However, as time passed by I forgot my passwords. I had 2 accounts there. And then, I also started using Tinypic ever since Aisha told me about it which I liked because the URLS were shorter. As far as I can tell you though, Photobucket is still more reliable than any photo hosting/storage websites.
So, if you want to save up some hosting space it wouldn’t hurt to try Photobucket! I created a new account just for this moment and I also can’t recall my old accounts’ password too. Haha.
