Forums are like social networking websites. In forums, you meet different people from all over the world. It’s been the first “social networking” and it’s where people can interact, share thoughts or share knowledge!
Do you join any forum? When I first went online, I stumbled to a free hosted forum and the main theme was Bloodyroar in Role Playing. I was assigned to be Uriko who was my favorite character in Bloodyroar. Being eager and ecstatic for being chosen to play as Uriko I went online everyday also to gain points as a moderator. But well, the addiction faded as soon as I became busy with school, as I found out how fun it was also to chat through chat rooms in Yahoo Messanger, and then I knew about Freewebs, Friendster. It all was forgotten, but not totally.
It doesn’t mean I don’t join any forums anymore. After that, I was able to join Symbianize I’m not much of a pro member but I’ve been registered since high school (for about 3 years probably). I love Symbianize because you can find almost anything there, techie stuff, gaming stuff and some great people.
I’m also signed up on some forums about web hosting, website owning and also PsP gaming. You see, forums are great! I mostly find out cool things in forums and I also get advices from experts
