New Look!

I looked for another wordpress theme (while I can’t make one yet) for Just Quixotic – as you can see. I also added a bunch of plugins which I’ve also been doing for my blog. However, it isn’t over yet. I’m using Livefyre now for commenting system by the way ;)

Hello new look =)

I edited damasking wordpress theme because originally, my blog theme color is gray, white and black. I had to change themes because I’ve been noticing before my old theme had errors in the post page. Other than this I need to work on the posts. But I’ll do that a bit later then finally I can move on to my personal blog (hopefully).

So, that’s pretty much for this update!

Got a twitter too so you can follow there for updates @just_quixotic because the one without _ is taken.

Keeping your gadgets and other thing safe during travel

I just heard that my aunt, who came home a month ago had the karaoke box she bought here broken. It’s very bad. I heard everywhere there were excited but it’s entirely not her fault! Probably, there was a problem with their packaging of the item or with the handling.

It would have been better if we were able to research more on choosing the right packing materials - most of the stuff she took home were fragile. I just don’t know what actually went wrong because her boxes had “FRAGILE” imprinted all over it.

So, needless to say – here’s a lesson to everyone who are planning to travel.

  • Choose a high quality packaging material
  • Make sure the box used are sturdy
  • Make sure you take note of labeling your box as FRAGILE

Aside from that, I think the others are fine. We’ll be in Thailand this August too so I’m taking these reminders myself.

Anyway the wind blows in…

Lately, I haven’t been feeling really well about things. I easily get sick, I easily get pissed off, I think about so many things -but in the end I just quit and sleep everything away.

But I don’t want to get old because of these stuff. I still need to get a decent cheap life insurance or a not so cheap one? Haha. Why am I thinking of it?

It’s just that sometimes, I want (and I think we all do) to plan things out so they’ll work out. But I guess sometimes, we should just let it flow just like how the wind blows.

Like in the song, “Anyway the wind blows in..“

Just another Google Update :)

Check your toolbars! Google made a minor update, or so I think. I have a feeling it’s not done yet *i hope*. I lost 2 Pr1 though, one that I bought some time last month (and now it breaks my heart lol) and the other one, totally lost PR1. One gained back its PR3, while the other hiked up one PR. You can also check via prchecker.info

I have a feeling Google is experimenting? LOL. Anyways, I hope my page rank will improve again this coming week. But I do admit I haven’t done much effort, I’m always too tired to blog. Lately, I’ve been sleeping early like 9 PM. Imagine!

Anyway, may tomorrow be a great day for you :)

What happened to Reviewme?

Reviewme is just one of the many websites where I was able to make income from. During summer – when I gained my page rank 3 on another blog I made lots of money with them even if I didn’t update my blog often.

They had various tasks – for you to write on about different topics, depending on your chosen categories and it was easy. At most, each task were $5-$10 or higher. Every month before, I had up to ten or more tasks giving me $60-$90 monthly.

Sadly, Reviewme stopped giving tasks I don’t know if it’s just me and my blog. But I remembered, I asked a friend who also worked from them. And she said she doesn’t get any task from there anymore. That’s when I thought – are they closing down? Or something.

Either ways, I miss getting tasks from Reviewme. I hope it will lend me some soon, especially now.
