Do not Upgrade to crunchSMS 3.28!

Well, if you really want to receive LONGER messages. Go on. But mind you, once updated has been done, quick reply will be gone. A friend told me about it earlier this 31st of January, but I wasn’t aware since I was not receiving any update ’til I got mine when evening came. Then like she said, crunchSMS quick reply is gone. I don’t know if the crunchSMS team is already fixing the glitch, but I have emailed and noticed some  comments on app world as well (and as well as others that I have enticed to use crunchSMS)

Hopefully, it gets fixed soon as it’s pretty much their main feature – right? They can at least let us downgrade I think.

Meanwhile, you can use Super PopUp instead which also works for email (only, the font is boring and no emoji/smileys)

and it will cost you about $2. If you don’t know what I’m talking about, it’s that application I talked about here.

Geo Caching

I wasn’t a fan of GPS until it became a reason for me to make use of my gadgets’ GPS feature (by means of checking-in places where I go or stay)

But what surprised me is how this piece of technology is now not just a location indicator, but also game. Yes, ever heard of Geo Caching? I got an email from someone who seems to be recommending this chirp outdoor adventures Garmin Chirp. I have heard about Garmin being available in Nokia phones, but I never thought it was actually a device. I thought it was an application or something!

Now, these GPS devices are used to participate in a game where players are to make use of them as tracking devices in their “hide and seek” play.

Sounds pretty neat, but I still don’t know how it goes. It’s like the new era of the classical “hide and seek” when we just closed our eyes, lol. But then, who wouldn’t want to try cool gadgets with GPS feature.

Congratulations!

Christian just got his Paypal account verified. Finally! It could have been done ages ago actually, but silly me, I thought Unionbank was the one to give the expuse code – now I remember, that I actually asked for it because I didn’t have an online account!

Anyway, he deserves a my congratulations and maybe one of these awesome congratulations gifts I saw online. Hmmm, but I think for now he should be the one to treat me first since I’m pretty much broke at the moment. I hope he’ll be more inspired to blog, to earn and also practice English, to learn more WWW stuff that may help him in his long journey ahead as an IT guy. Hoho.

That’s for now, congratulations again, Christian!
