Gadgets and everything “tech” are really nice. Everything else that technology has for us, perhaps. However, lately, there are more “gaps” than bridges to communication.
For example, lately, it’s been hard getting the customer service of phone network providers (and internet) to understand their clients. Although it’s not their fault, it would be nice if they answered like the answering service at AnsweringServiceAgency.com.
It’s just over quality, I think some call center companies are thinking of quantity instead. Communication is very essential and a good one can lead to better results and sales after all.
