Our internet provider for 4 years already is Smart Broadband. I must say, there are good times and bad times. There are several unfortunate events that dismays me and but mostly, it’s okay.
Okay…but the customer service can get on your nerves. But then again, I think most customer services are like that except pizza restaurants since their only job is to talk about your pizza. I don’t like the issue about the “free printer” though. I expected we’ll get one because I’ve been hearing from people who are also using Smart Broadband that they got themselves free printer, an HP Printer with a higher model than ours. When mom inquired they told us, “we’d have to be locked for another 2 years” to get a free printer – while those who told me who got their printer just newly got their subscription OR got subscription AFTER we did. You see, WE DIDN’T KNOW ABOUT IT from the very start we weren’t informed about it.
Now I’m thinking of telling mom to switch internet providers soon since I pay for our internet lately. I really hate how unfair Smart Broadband is. Also, before, I believe the connection was 10 mbps, NOT 2 mpbs. I suppose that’s why downloading takes years unlike back then and before, I could browse fast while I got downloads.
Overall, I am deeply sad
Plus just this week we didn’t have internet for half a day. Imagine the burden.
